Scott Flick of Pillsbury to Speak at the 2016 Illinois Broadcasters Association Convention, June 14-15, 2016

Scott Flick will participate in a “Legal, Legislative and Regulatory” panel discussion covering a variety of topics, including the future of advertising, drone usage in newsgathering, recent FCC rule changes, and the Department of Labor’s new overtime pay requirements as they impact broadcast stations.   The panel is part of this year’s IBA2016 Training Camp hosted by the Illinois Broadcasters Association, and will be on June 15, 2016, starting at 7:30 AM.  Other panelists include IBA Lobbyist Michael McLain; IBA Legal Counsel, Don Craven; and Dennis Wharton from the National Association of Broadcasters.
