Scott Flick of Pillsbury to Speak at Texas Association of Broadcasters’ Webinar: “A Review of the FCC’s Political Broadcasting Rules for 2026”

Scott Flick will review the FCC’s political broadcasting rules, as well as Texas-specific political ad requirements, in this 90-minute webinar.

Topics will include granting Reasonable Access to federal candidates, Equal Opportunities claims, Lowest Unit Charge, the No Censorship Rule, Political File recordkeeping requirements, and the FCC’s expansion of those requirements in recent years.

This event takes place on Tuesday, January 14, 2026 at 3-4:30 PM Eastern; 2-3:30 PM Central, and is being held by the Texas Association of Broadcasters.
