Lauren Lynch Flick of Pillsbury will moderate at the Federal Communications Bar Association’s “Lawyering Social: Legal Issues on Social and Digital Media.”  She will conduct a panel discussion on legal issues and FTC rules impacting the use of social and digital media platforms by broadcasters, including political advertising, sponsorship identification, contests, privacy, and libel laws.  The program will take place at 1776 K Street, NW, Main Conference Center on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:15 pm.
